I am going to apply for ILR on Set (P)online form. I don't have any penalty points on my Driving licence. I have totally 5 ticket (1 parking ticket and 4 bus lane ticket) but I paid them on time nothing outstanding. Should I have to disclose them?
Please I urgently need help. Thank you

Hi everyone
I have few questions about the ILR application. Please I urgently need help. Thank you
1- I don’t have travel documents (I did apply for travel documents received my travel documents after 3 months but the government send me a letter tell me to send the travel documents back because they did some mistake with my travel documents) . When I apply the ILR online they keep asking me about the Travel documents, can I still apply with out travel documents? Should I explain my situation in the letter?
2-I have 1 daughter she just 6 months old.Do I need to apply for her as well or I need to wait after I have ILR and apply British citizenship for her? When I try to apply for her I’m confused because they asked what is my daughter nationality I don’t know how to answer that question because my daughter not British yet .
Thank you everyone

1. Yes you can apply without it.
From UKVCAS FAQ page:
https://www.ukvcas.co.uk/faq
What forms of ID must I bring to my UKVCAS appointment?
You must bring your current passport / travel document with you to the Service Point or you risk being turned away from your appointment.
If you don’t have your passport / travel document you must bring an alternative form of ID.
If your current passport is with UKVI at the time of your appointment and you can provide evidence to explain this, you will be able to continue with your appointment providing you also bring an alternative form of ID to your appointment.
Alternative forms of photographic ID may include:
National ID card
Expired (but not cancelled) passport or biometric residence permit/card
Government issued photographic ID such as UK photographic driving licenses (full or provisional)
Convention travel document (CTD), Certificate of identity document (CID) or Stateless person document (SPD).
If you do not have alternative photographic ID:
bring any other official document that contains your personal details, such as an immigration status document from the Home Office or a full birth certificate
2. No. UK Born children do NOT need ILR. She can be registered as British once you get ILR. Use form MN1

Hi sorry I’m still confused
What should I need to explain because they asked me
“ Why are all of your children not applying with you as part of this application?”
Should I tell them : I will apply British citizenship after I get ILR

Thank you everyone

You tell them you want to register them as British after your ILR. Your children acquire your nationality at birth
