TIER 2 DEPENDANT ILR
Posted: Fri Aug 20, 2021 12:48 am
Hi Guys,
Apologies in advance, if I am making this post in the wrong location etc..
i have been using this forum for guidance for the last few years, and it has provided me with absolutely invaluable information. I have not really asked for guidance, as I have always found answers on existing threads etc.
With the blessing of God, and amazing help from this forum, I applied for my ILR yesterday, and it was approved today. (Tier 2) -
When I came to the UK, I was accompanied by my husband and two daughters, and they also qualified at the same time as me for ILR, however, I did not want to risk paying for all of us to apply together, just in case for some reason, I got refused, and we would have all lost our fees.
As I now have received my ILR, I am hoping to apply immediately for my husband and daughters. I am looking for some guidance on what documents I will need to provide.
I understand that I have to provide:
1. Their Passports & BRP's
2. My BRP
3. Husbands B1 Test
4. Husbands LIUK Test
5. 2 Years Cohabitation (We have no joint documents, so various docs from each of us from 4 different sources each)
6. My Husbands Bank Statement (Shows a Healthy Balance to show maintenance funds etc)
Do I need to submit
1. Marriage Certificate & Birth Certificates? (They were granted Dependant Visa's as my spouse and Children)
2. My Husbands Payslips (He works full time in his own right)
3. My Payslips
4. Do I need to sign the family Consent (None of our bills / statements are in Joint names)
Is there anything else that you can think I should add?
Finally, my husband received a Fixed Penalty (3 Points) Driving, some 4 years ago. This is no longer on his DVLA record, and We will declare that he got them, but will this cause any issues? (We declared them previously for his FLR 3 years ago, and it was granted) However, Im led to believe the criteria is different for ILR
Sorry for the long winded question, and Thank You in advance for your guidance
