Hello
I am submittin my and my wife's ILR; I am main applicant on Tier 2. My wife depends on my income and she does not work; We have joint council tax and utility bills for cohabitation evidence. Can you please advice what should be my answer to follwoing concent forms?

1. Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people?

2. Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support?
Thanks

Hello
Parents have ILR and submitting ILR for under 18 non UK born children.
1. We are not asked to submit any bills or joint statements so am I correct that I only have to submit my consent for verification checks? should I get it from my wife too? or should I submit joint statement consent from my wife? I believe her information / verification will also be checked?

2. I know without other parent child can not get ILR but application has not asked any thing from other parent except name and date of birth. I assume I will submit BRP for both of us even this is not asked in document list.

Any comment will help. thanks
