First of all, thank you so much for such an informative portal. I tried to read and research myself, but still have few questions. Apologies If I missed something that was already answered.
Below are the details and questions:
18.12.2016 – Entry Visa valid from
19.12.2016 – Entry to the UK
22.11.2021 – I can submit the UKVI application (read that I need to do so at 1am if I want to use priority service)
1. Is my timing correct?
Up to 28th days to wait for UKVCAS biometric appointment. (try to log in at 1am to look for earlier appointments, 6am to 9am for free appointments)
2. Should I self-submit the document before or at the appointment? Is there any difference?
Supporting documents:
List of absences from 19.12.2016 - I only travelled for holidays around 40 days per year, have all details in the Excel spreadsheet.
3. Do I need a letter from employer detailing absences?
Degree Certificate/English level – I have an MBA degree from USA with a letter of comparability from Naric dated 08.11.2016 (I did it for Tier 2 visa application)
4. Ecctis says that I need to order new Visas and Nationality service (£140) which is a bit annoying, but the test is about the same price. So I guess there is no other way?
5. Do you have any templates of Employer letter confirming employment and salary? (e.g. important wording: 'need for the role for the foreseeable future”)
6. I had 2 passports in the last 5 years with entry stamps in both of them. Anything I should consider before uploading them?
7. Will get recent payslip, bank statement, life in the UK already passed, am I missing something else?

Thank you!

Please NOTE that you are applying under the Skilled Worker rules as Tier 2 General route does not exist anymore :!:

1. Yes it is fine

2. Up to you. If you submit them to the UKVI online, you may not be able to add new evidence later.

3. indefinite-leave-to-remain/tier-2-set-o ... l#p2027888

4. The US is considered a majority English speaking country. So the guide says you need:
If the applicant has a degree that was taught or researched in a majority English speaking country (excluding Canada but including Ireland) they must provide:
• their degree certificate
• an Academic Qualification Level Statement (AQUALS) from Ecctis (formerly UK NARIC) confirming the qualification is equivalent to a UK qualification
So just provide your degree and the NARIC certificate

5. See the link above. There is no specific requirement or template

6. Upload both, all pages covering travels in the last 5 years

7. Not really that is all

Thank you Zimba for your answers!

2. Ok, I will submit at the appointment then to be safe. Maybe a silly question, but do i need to print scanned passport pages or have a digital copy or just bring passports and they will scan them?

4. Thanks for the link. It should be fine, the only concern that Naric statement of comparability is 5 years old, but you think it should be ok, as there is no expiry date stated in the guide?

Thanks!

2. Just take the passport
4. The fact that it is old is irrelevant
