Tier 2 Dependent - ILR Set O

Hi Everyone,
I am about to apply for ILR for my spouse who has been on Tier 2 dependent visa since Sep-2016. I had my ILR granted earlier this year through Tier 2 (General). Could someone please answer below queries:
1) Do I have to provide any evidence for absence from UK apart from entry/exit stamps on my spouse's passport?
2) Any specific documents to prove continuous relationship? I am planning to attach Utility bill with both of our names, Tenancy Agreement with both names on, Spouse driving license and bank statement with same address on. Anything else that could be added?
3) Do I have to show funds been kept in either of our bank accounts? Is there any funds maintenance requirement?
4) Do I have to attach my bank statements too or only spouse's bank statment will suffice?
5) Do I need to show my payslips and letter from my employer? Spouse isn't working and has never worked.
Any other criteria that I may forget or anything I need to be careful of before submitting an application except checking the 5 years period?
Thanks
