I have an ILR application with UKVi for ILR (LR) after being here for 10 years.
My current visa doesn’t expire until May next year.

I need to leave the country in a week for a family emergency.

My questions are…

Will my ILR become void if I leave?

Is there anyway I can keep the application even if i leave?

Will I be able to come back to UK with my current visa as my current visa is not expired ?

Will there be any impact on ILR when I come back and apply later if I have to submit a new application?

Note. I haven’t been out of the uk much in the last 10 years so will be within the rules to apply for visa.

If you leave the UK while you have a pending application, your application will be considered withdrawn and you lose the fee you have paid.

You will have to apply and pay again.
