Hi, I have been trying to apply for ilr long residence 10 years route. I am getting only standard service in the payment section. I have tried at different timings including at 1am as suggested in other posts for 2 weeks but still no luck. I have tried creating a SET (O) application for which super priority service is available. Does anyone recently applied through Super priority service or is it suspended for this route

I have seen the other post. but the query is they are offering super priority services for other ILR types at the same time, but not for long residence.
my friend created SET(O) application and I have created SET(LR). he is getting the option all the time where as I am not getting it.
want to check if they have temporarily suspended it for SET LR

Nothing has been suspended. There are specific caseworker teams dealing with specific routes in the UKVI. When we are talking about capacity, that is the capacity we are talking about. SET(O) is a different and more popular route to SET(LR) and has a different team dealing with the applications which may be larger. One team may or may not be able to process priority applications as they may be operating at capacity. Because your friend is getting a level of service does not mean you should get the same under a different route

The advice given in that link stands.
