Hello all,
I have a query regarding my ILR standard application for which I have given biometrics. As I have some urgent work to attend to, I am looking to withdraw and reapply under premium service. My question is how long does it take to withdraw and reapply. Can it be done in a day ?
Please could someone help me with this situation ?
Thanks in advance

Forgot to mentioned when I have given my biometrics.
I gave my biometrics on 28th july 2021. Processing times are roughly around 5 months + recently. So not sure if it is worth the wait.

If you withdraw your application, you lose the fee you have paid.

Has your visa already expired or not?

I am ok with the fees. The expiry of current visa is until 22nd July 2022. Just wanted to know how quickly I can withdraw and reapply.
Thanks CR001

If a decision has not been made, you can withdraw at any time and reapply at any time after that.

Bear in mind that super priority service is not guaranteed either. You could go through all of this and still have your application delayed. Additionally, there are currently some delays with BRP cards too.
