Applying ILR Set(M) for my wife and citizenship for child(3yrs)

Hi

Am a British citizen through 5 year work visa route. My wife and son have been on PBS dependents. My son was born outside UK. My wife is eligible for her ILR now.
Should I apply ILR set(M) for my wife and son(3yrs) at a same time?? Or can I apply ILR for my wife first and then apply citizenship directly for my son once she gets her ILR.

If my son under 18 is included in my wife's ILR Set(M) application, do I need to pay additional £2389(not accurate figure) for my son?

What if the person applying for ILR Set (M) couldn't meet the financial personally, for ex if the person is unemployed or working part time. Can the partner(British citizen) sponsor or show finance to support the applicant??

Yes the financial requirement can be met using the details and documents of the spouse

SET(M) is NOT the correct form. :!: :!:
SET(M) must ONLY be used if your spouse spent 5 years under spouse/family Appendix FM rules NOT the PBS dependant route. Your PBS dependants must apply for ILR using SET(O) based on your previous Tier 2 status. The fact that you are now a British citizen is irrelevant. Your son will be included in the same application as your wife and you must pay two fees.
