What is the earliest time to apply for ILR (Set M)

Post by AkbarHaf » Wed Feb 24, 2021 2:08 pm

Hi everyone

Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere in this awesome forum, but I can't find anything helping me in order to clarify my doubts.

I Just need to be sure.

What is the earliest time to apply for the ILR (m) visa?
( I know it's within 28 days before the expiry date on the biometric card.)

Can I apply after completing 60 months in the UK?

Are the days spent outside the UK to be counted?

/

/
My current visa expiry date is : 02/01/2022
I entered to UK : 07/10 2016

Thanks in advance.

You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date you entered the UK.

The latest you can apply is by the date your current visa expires.

There is no absence limits for spouse visa hdersa but if the form asks for absences, you have to list them.

Thank you for your reply.

Can I apply any time between within 28 days before my 5th anniversary of the date I entered the UK and within 28 days before my current visa expires?

For example am I eligible to apply on November 2021 ?

Your visa expiry is irrelevant to the 28 days concession. You are eligible to apply 28 days before your 5th anniversary of entering the UK and onwards. That is the earliest day you are eligible to apply. You can therefore apply between the eligibility date and the visa expiry date.

Post by AkbarHaf » Fri May 21, 2021 9:02 pm

Good evening all

Am I allowed to use The super priority if my sponsor is on receive of social funds ?

I am planning to apply on September because I ll complete exactly 5 years on 7th October.

Is my calculation right ? or shall i wait, and apply within 28 days before my BRC expires?

Thank you

Topics merged.

Super priority service has nothing to do with whether benefits are claimed or not. Everyone who wants to use it has to pay the same £800 extra fee.

You were already advised in February when you can apply.

Good evening.
Again another question.
Does incident claim can affect ILR and/or naturalization application?

Payslips and bank statements period

Post by AkbarHaf » Mon Oct 11, 2021 1:52 am

Hi all
I am applying for the ilr set (m) in my partner's benefits ground, but in the form I am required to provide a 6 months payslips and bank statements in same period ,as I work
My latest payslip date is 10th October, and my bank statement date is 23d, which I haven't received it yet.
Means one bank statement is missing.

Iam planning to apply on this Wednesday or Thursday. which is before the bank statement arrive.

My question is: Do I have to wait till I receive the bank statement at the end of this month to match it with payslips or not?

you can request bank statements to cover the period you want. e.g. a statement from 11 Oct going back six months.
you dont have to wait for the normal release date for the statement.

Ok. Thank you for your reply.

One more question please.
In the form they haven't mentioned the P60.
Do I still need to show it?

I have another question please

When uploading papers,
Where should I upload my work evidences?
Finance or other?
I am not applying in my work ground, I am applying in my partner's benefits ground, which means we are exempt from £18600
And my income from my job is only £400 a month.

Thanks in advance

There is no strict compliance to categories. The most important action is to ensure you upload all required documents.

What is the difference between core and enhanced points and services?
Which one you need to use when you apply and you paid for super priority service?
I paid for the super priority service. and I am now confused
Which service should I choose: Core or enhanced?

Thanks..

Super priority is a UKVI service and not a biometric UKCVAS service.

UKCVAS is ONLY for biometrics and identity check, they are a 3td patty agent and not UKVI staff. UKCVAS has nothing to do with super priority service offered by UKVI.

I don't know which proof should I use here?
My sponsor is disable and he receives benefits.
I work less than 20 hours a week.
So I am applying in sponsor's benefits ground.
They already asked about proof of benefit (DWP letter) and my payslips .
I am bit confused now, because they require me to show this proof of finance more than my work and my sponsor's benefits.

Any help please.

The list is generic. Provide as per rules/guide. Ignore generic requirements in the that list
