Dear gurus,
While filling my Set O application i had this question " when did you first enter the UK?" and underneath it's explained as "this is the date you entered the UK when the period of stay you are basing this application on started"
My Entry clearance visa issue date on the passport was 29/9/2016 and that's the date i ll count the 28 days to apply from .However, I entered the UK on 9/10/2016.
Please advise which date to write down in the application and if it's 9/10/2016 when i actually entered the UK ,will they count the 28 days from that date.

It clearly asks for the date you entered, so put the relevant date you entered

UKVI do actually know know the rules in how to calculate eligibility!

Need your kind advice
I applied for my ILR and 2 family members and had the biometrics taken on 6/9/2021 , i paid £1500 for the priority service and was expecting a reply in 5 working days .However, i received no correspondence from UKVI until 14/9/2021 when i received the decision letter which is a day after the 5 days time line.

It is unlikely that you would get a refund.

Why is that ? any way to contact them please
