I have recently got a job offer in the UK and will be moving to the UK on Skilles Worker Visa. My wife and my son will accompany me as dependents.
My son is 6 years old and has Autism and ADHD but currently attending mainstream school in my home country.
I wanted to know will my son's medical condition can be a problem for my son's ILR or citizenship in future? I am asking this question as some of the commonwealth countries like Australia (and Canada to some extent) have stringent health requirements.

Irrelevant to UK immigration.

Thank you so much for the prompt response.
So does that mean medical conditions are not considered while granting ILR or Citizenship?

The UK do not discriminate due to medical conditions. You are overthinking.
