Hi everyone, just have a few questions and would appreciate if someone came across similar issues.

First of all I have Tier 2 (general) visa and I have a list of the requirement documents, however my immigration adviser told me that I don't need to take another English test and my IELTS (which has expired 3 years ago) can be used. Is it true? I could not find a clear answer on this..

My husband and daughter have Tier 2 (dependant) visa, could you advise please the list of essential documents please for them.

Many thanks!!

Tier 2 General does not exist anymore. The English language is not a requirement anymore under the Skilled worker route: indefinite-leave-to-remain/language-req ... l#p2002760

You get a list of documents you need to upload after you apply online

well the point is to know in advance what I need to upload rather than panicking that I don't have a full list.(for example pay slips or a letter from your Bank or any other) it all takes time to prepare!
