Hello All,
I am applying ILR for my wife through 5 year Route. Regarding the Financial evidence I am required to Prove that I earn 18600/year to support my wife staty in UK. I am required to provide previous 6 months Payslips as proof if i am with the same employer.

My situation:-
I am working through an agency as an contractor. I am enrolled with an Umbrella company (permanent contract) they are responsible for generating the payslip(PAYEE) for the timesheet provided by the client.

My undestanding:,
i filled the application form as mentioned below
Employer Name: Umbrell comapny(Name)
Contract:- Permanent
Evidence:- Provide previous 6 months payslip
Payslip evidence:- Employment Letter (from the Umbrella comany- They provided me that I am a
permanent emplyee of umbrella company and in permanet contract)
Company email ID:- myclients company email id

1) Please say me my understanding is right and i filled the form correctly as mentioned above?
2) Please share if I wanted to provide signed contract of employment as well as i am already providing the Emplyment letter?
3) My company email-id is not with umbrella company but with my client - Is this is correct?

As you are employed it is all fine under category A. Your email address is irrelevant

As i am submitting the employment Letter , Do i still need to provide the Employment contract as well?

In addition to the evidence listed above, paragraph 2A of Appendix FM-SE specifies
that P60(s) for the relevant period(s) of employment (if issued) and a signed
contract(s) of employment may also be submitted in respect of paid employment in
the UK. If they are not submitted, the decision-maker may grant the application if
otherwise satisfied that the requirements of Appendix FM-SE relating to that
employment are met, or they may ask for the documents to be submitted in
accordance with paragraph D of the Appendix.

Only Employer Letter, Payslips and Bank Statement showing salary credited should be fine.

Thnk you again, i think i shall also include the Employment letter just to be safer.
Sorry again but i got few questions as mentioned below if you can help please,

1) Query regarding Application date,
a)My wife 1st Visa granted - 01 Oct 2016
b) Entered in UK - 10-Oct-2016.
c)Visa End Date. - 31-Dec-2021.
I think she is already eligible now for ilr as i do not have to wait for 28 days threshold. Please advice.

2) 6 letters of correspondence requirement.
where it is detailed in guidance?

She is eligible. Cohabitaion dcouments are not specifc. Provide ANY evidence in the last two years
