ILR 5 year work & living proof

Hello,
I will have been working and living in the UK for 5 years in February 2022 and I will be applying for ILR. I have been on Tier 2 and Skilled worker visa within this period.
I have all the documents (Life in the UK, language requirement - degree certificate etc. and proof that my employer still needs me for working). I am curious about one thing: will I need to provide a proof that I had been living & working in the UK for 5 years? And if yes, what is the proof of that? Or do they just check their database? The eligibility requirement is as below, but I just thought what documents they might ask from me for the application and how do I prove this 5 year period? The eligibility requirement is as below, thank you.
Eligibility
You must:
have lived and worked in the UK for 5 years - there are rules for what counts towards your time in the UK
meet the salary requirements
continue to be needed for your job and meet the salary requirements after you get indefinite leave to remain - you’ll need a document from your employer (sponsor) to confirm this
If you’re not eligible using your T2 or Skilled worker visa, there are other ways to apply for indefinite leave to remain.
