Hi,

I came to the UK in 2011 and got a British passport.

My wife and child were on Tier 1 PBS dependent. They have extended their visa on the same PBS and due to a timeframe of more than 5 years, they are eligible for ILR

Got few questions regarding the form

1. Is Set-O the right form for applying ILR?

2. Also regarding the documents, i don't see any documents mentioned in the form apart from

i) consent letter from me
ii). Visa/Passport for my wife and Son.

Could you confirm is that all the documents we needed? or we need bank statements and payslips for me?

Thanks

Also sorry missed this one.

Since she came to the UK in 2011 along with me. I got British citizenship in 2017. Can she apply for citizenship by naturalization directly without applying for ILR?

If by "she" you are referring to your wife I don't know if she can skip the ILR stage

Set O yes, if they have 5 years as a PBS dependent.

Passports, BRPs, 2 years evidence of cohabitation in your and your spouse's names, from 3 to 6 different sources spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months

Presumably your spouse has done B1 English test and LIUK?

Your bank statements and payslips are not required.
