I applied for my ilr in early November, and my pbs dependent partner applied at that time as well.

If I am not mistaking, my application has waiting time of about 6 months and her application has waiting time of 2 months. Her application waiting time will come soon. We have provided my reference number in applicant's note in her application, so when her application comes up, they will be able to track my application as well.

Do you have any info what will happen when her application comes to case worker but my ilr seto is still not in line? Will they find my application as well and give decision for both, or they will put hers on hold untill mine comes up?

Your dependant cannot get ILR unless you are granted ILR. So their application will be on hold until yours is decided

Yes, I understand that I need to get a decision first, I was just hoping that mine will be brought forward when hers is considered jnstead of hers being on hold. Thanks for answering.

In this instance her 2months waiting time as you put it will not hasten up yours rather hers will be kept on hold(should it get to CE earlier than yours) till a decision is made on your application.

Hello, I am having some issues with my email filters so I am a bit worried that in case Home Office contacts me regarding my pending application ( set(o)) I might miss the email.

Can you please let me know which email address home office uses for any further requests or decisions?
