ILR Visa Fees

Hi All, I am on a Tier 2 general visa since last 5 years and now eligible to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain visa. My partner will be eligible after a couple of months after me in March. If I apply after a couple of months and add my partner as a dependent in the same application will I pay £2,389. Or will I pay £2,389 * 2 = £4778? i.e. is the visa fees are per application or each individual?
Is there any other benefits of applying as main and dependent in one application?

The fee is per person applying. There is no discount for family applying at the same time.
Each person pays the same fee.
