Hi,
We have applied for my wife's ILR application (Tier2 dependent 5 years route) , paid for the application fees , the appointment date is Feb7 , so we are yet to attend it. Meanwhile , my father is law is seriously ill back at home , so given the circumstances , my wife might have to go back for sometime.....her valid visa is still until oct 2020.
In this scenario, is it possible to withdraw current ilr application and get the refund, and re-apply when she is back after say a month ....please let us know.

Thanks,

Thanks a lot for your answer....I have one more question
Looks like , in her visa application form , it asks to submit biometrics by 15th march, provided we don't cancel the visa application , but leave the country and be back before 15 th march for appointment ....is it possible ,,,or are we not allowed to travel , when the visa application is in progress.
Please let us know.

Thanks,

refer to immigration rule 34K:

34K. Where a decision on an application for permission to stay has not been made and the applicant travels outside the common travel area their application will be treated as withdrawn on the date the applicant left the common travel area.
