Hi Gurus,

I need your advise on whether my friend should apply for indefinite leave or not.

Immigration History:
Student visa - 2.5years
Work permit - 2.5 years
10 years Family route - 2.5 years
10 years Family route - 2.5 years.

The current 10 years Family route visa expires in March. Can she go ahead and apply for indefinite leave as long residence?

If haven spent 10yrs legally the ILR LR will work.
