Hi. I’m about to apply for ILR (SET M). The 5th anniversary of my 1st FLR (M) is 17th March 2022. I can apply 28 days before that, right? And does it matter if I choose the super priority service? As I will be getting the results next working day, will I fall short of 5 years? Thank you. Hope someone can help me.

You can apply and get ILR within 28 days of completing your 60 months residence period.
ILR SET(M) form question

Hi. I have a question about total time lived in the UK on the application form. Do I include the time from my fiancé visa as technically I was already living here which is 5 years 5 months or should I only count the time from my first FLR(M)? Which would be 4 years 11 months as I’m applying before my 5th anniversary? Thank you! Hope someone can answer this.
