PBS Dependent ILR lost old passport

Hi everyone,

I wonder if someone could advise me? I am applying for ILR using 5 years PBS Dependent route. However, unfortunately I have lost my old passport which expired in 2018 (although I have a scanned copy of it).

My current valid passport is 4 years old and used it for PBS Dependent visa extension in 2019.

When I am applying online, in the 'other documents' section it has asked for my old passports too. I wonder if someone has had a similar experience? I would appreciate any advice.

Many thanks

It is not asking for hardcopy of the passport. If you have the scanned pages containing relevant immigration history relevant to the application just upload it.

Than you very much for your reply. I have scanned copies of first and last page of the old (lost) passport but don't have the scanned copies of internal pages with stamps etc.

Would they require the original of old passport at UKVCAS appointment?

PBS Dependent ILR previous COS number

Hi experts,

I wonder if you could help with my question? My husband received his ILR based using Tier 2 (General) route 2 years ago. I am now applying ILR using 5 years PBS Dependent route.

There is a question in my SET O application that asks for his Certificate of Sponsorship number if he has a sponsor. However, he no longer works for his previous employer. Also, his job was TUPEd over to another employer during his Tier 2 Leave to Remain. So we no longer have a Certificate of Sponsorship number.

Would they still require this number in the application? If they do and if we don't have it, would this be a problem?

Kind regards

I am afraid we do not have the CoS number. His previous Tier 2 (General) extension was done in 2017 and his company had applied for the extension. It has asked to write the CoS number 'IF' he has a sponsor. Since he does not have the same sponsor and we don't have the number, I have said NO to that answer. Of course, I haven't submitted the application yet. Would that likely be an issue in your view?

This has no effect on your ILR.

Hi mdeore,
I am in the same situation, what did you do eventually? Did you submit with NO and did you get the ILR? Please help, thank you very much.
