No foreseeable future in the letter

My employer is uncomfortable to include "foreseeable future" in the letter. My contract ends in June but it's renewable.
They provided this instead:
"Mr xxx is still employed at xxx as stated by their contract and is required in their current post."

Will this end in refusal?

for the same situation see:
indefinite-leave-to-remain/tier-2-gener ... e#p2046604
They still added "foreseeable future" in their letter.

Anyone has any idea if that causes an issue? It still sates "required in their current post" which should be reassuring enough for the CW?

ILR application and the letters

I am preparing to submit the ILR application. My employer sent a signed letter as PDF. Do I need to print declaration form and ask the employer to send over the original letter to present them at the biometric centre? Or uploading both separately as PDF is enough?

Many thanks in advance!

Thank you Zimba.
For police certificate, I reported a change of detail within 7 days but the first appointment was in 2023 due to backlog, so the certificate is not updated with the change. Should I add a cover letter explaining the long wait for OVRO or just leave it?
