hi all
I claimed asylum in September 2015 and since then I had been on bail or temporary admission until I was granted 30 months Llr through further submission on February 2020 0n the basis of privet and family life(one of my kid is British and another one 8 years old in the UK from birth).so can the time spend on temporary admission be counted toward the 10 years lawful residents if I completed 10years with valid leave to remain from the date of calming asylum?

I think 10 years from the date of being granted Temporary Admission.

Yes. In 2025, you can apply for ILR based on long residence because your temporary admission ended in immediate grant of leave. But there might be other routes to apply for settlement which take a shorter period of time. You should get a lawyer and ask if a humanitarian settlement (based on private life) is possible in your case, if so, then you will be apply for a fee waiver from UKVI and won’t have to pay an application fee.

what basis that i can apply for ILR in shorter period of time ?i came to the uk on october 2006 but my 10 year leave was broken on may 2015 when apply for permission for JR at the end of my appeal process of refusal of a application to extend my visa. then i claimed asylum in september 2015 which put me on temporary admission until i got my current leave to remain in march 2020 which will expire on august 2022.current leave to remain is on exceptional circumstances via further submission.

There does not seem to be a faster route for you. 2025 will be the earliest for ILR

Zambrano route won't speed up anything. It will be a new 5 year route to settlement and zambrano currently is taking very very long, often more than a year, with many refused.

Eventually all of my appeals were exhausted june 2106 given I was reporting ever one year untill i was granted 30months leave via further submission on the basis of family and private exceptional reason(out side immigration rules) on feb 2020.can i apply for ilr in sep 25 after another extension?
