Hi All,

Scenario: both parents got ILT through tier 2 route Set (o). Did not add kids to partner application (Partner applied later after completing 5 years on tier 2 dependent)
Can now Under 18 children born outside UK still on tier 2 dependent visas apply ILR on separate applications Using Set (o)?

Yes. ILR possible via either SET(O) or SET(F)
