Hi,

I came to U.K on Tier 2 General work visa and got ILR in 2020 through my previous company. My Husband came into U.K on 2017, and got his Tier 2 Dependent in 2017 & the extension in 2020. Now he is eligible to apply for ILR. While filling the form, it asks for COS number. I no longer work for my previous company, and also believe my previous company hasn't extended their COS as they finished the ILR for everyone in 2020. What should be now filled in the COS number for my husband's application. Any help appreciated.

You fill in the last CoS that you had before you got ILR.

I tried to fill in the last COS number, but since the previous company hasn't renewed it, it is coming up as invalid and it's not letting me submit it without filling it up.
