Bereavement ILR

Post by alien279 » Fri Apr 15, 2022 7:02 am

Dear Moderators,

One of my cousins passed away recently. He was British. His wife was overstayer before 2014 and granted visa under family & private life 10 years route. They have four British Children. Now can she apply for Bereavement ILR?

If her permission was granted under Appendix FM, then yes, else no.
