Hello,

If my wife who is on Tier 2 General becomes eligible for ILR and moves to an ILR but I (currently on PBS Dependant) am not yet eligible (as I moved to this Visa a few months later)… is my PBS Dependant Visa still valid inspite of my wife having moved to ILR?

Or since my wife now has an ILR - I will also need to move to a family spouse visa?

My current PBS Dependant visa still has several months left - will this still remain valid inspite of my wife having moved to ILR?

Yes you can stay under PBS dependnat route and apply for ILR when eligible using form SET(O)
