Hi,

MY wife got her PBS dependant visa on 18/8/17 ( Aug-17) valid until Nov 2019.

Her extension was issued for 3 years from 2019 to last until Nov 2022.

During middle of March 2020 we've been to a holiday to india with return tickets booked for April. Due to Covid restrictions we couldn't fly back. We made an attempt in September but tested positive pre flight and cancelled journey and finally came back to the uk in sep 2021.

So her absence in uk was for a continuous period of 18 months** but mostly for reasons outside of our control.

Could some one suggest how can we proceed with her visa now.

She may be eligible for ILR, if able to

Provide evidence that travel was impossible due to the pandemic.
