also, had a query on the same page, my wife was out of uk for 93 days at a stretch in 2021 due to covid.
so when I apply for her ILR, do i need to write down any supporting letter for that ?
Also, from 2017 to 2022 (till date) she was out ok uk for around 305 days
again do I need to write down any supporting letter for it ?

Hi there,
I would be applying for my wife's ilr on set m basis ( spouse of british citizen)
for the financial criteria fulfillment req, I had a new job from sep 2021, so its almost 8 plus months.
So do i need to submit 6 months payslip along with the company letter? would that be all right?
for eg, if i were to apply this month then from period : nov, dec, jan, feb, march, april payslips be all right ?
kind regards.

thank you Zimba for confirming and for the url
was wondering, so if a person has been less than 6 months with thier company, that would mean they need to show 12 months payslip ?
and if its over 6 months in the same company, the only recent 6 months payslip would suffice, right?

Stick to providing details of first job which fulfils the financial requirements.

Thanks you guys! appreciate your inputs
Also wanted to know the process for submitting the documents
I have all letters / cohabitation proofs/ bank statements / credit card biils / etc in the form of soft copies
Do i still need to have paper copies of all of them ?
and what is the process, as in how does it work?
Fill the form online
search for the slots for eg a) normal or b) priority (5 days) or c) super priority (1 day)
submit the documents online
if I have everything on a google drive link and cane give them access, would that work ?
or we have to submit all the documents online ?
kind regards!

You first apply for a visa online and submit it. Then you will be asked to create an account with UKVCAS and book an appointment with them for document processing/biometrics. All evidence will be uploaded digitally on UKVCAS system

Thanks for the update Zimba!
I have filled the form online...but not getting priority slots..
I had seen some posts about trying it early morning.
But wondering is it due to visas being issued to UKRAINE nationals due to the current situation that HO or UKVi has temporarily disabled the priority n super priority slots ?
Any idea as to when would it be restored ?
Kind Regards.

thanks Zimba for the update!
Also, a few more queries
a)there is only one from / declaration to be filled in right ?
https://snipboard.io/zU9RuL.jpg
Declaration for spouses, civil partners, proposed civil partners, fiancé(e)s, and
unmarried partners
Applicant’s name:
Partner’s name:
This declaration must be signed by the applicant’s partner and not by a
representative or other person acting on their behalf. It must be sent to the Home
Office with the applicant’s documents. If you fail to do so, the application may be
refused.
I confirm that (tick relevant box)
I am a British citizen
I am settled in the UK (I have indefinite leave)
I have leave to remain in the UK as a refugee / or as a person requiring
humanitarian protection
Tick the following to confirm which applies to you
etc, this is the only one correct ?
previously, I had seen
Part 1 : consent for the Home office to verify the application info
Part 2: consent for the Home office to verify third party info ?
we do not have to fill in these two correct ?
b) do we have to include a covering letter along with the application ?
would that be beneficial ?
also would some one have a format / sample of one ?
many thanks guys!

This is the correct one for the route you are applying. There is no need for a cover letter

Hi guys,
I am in the Same boat and applying for olr under Setm
Just a little confused with these.
What evidence can be provided for other reasons to stay in the UK. I said I have a daughter and I pay the bills etc. Do I need to add her birth certificate and my statement showing bills going through my account.
Secondly, in the document checklist it says provide housing cost. Am I providing land registry and mortgage document?
And what duration should I cover for council tax 2.5 years or 5 years as it's not mentioned.
