PBS dependent uk absence

Hi everyone
I am a PBS dependent and my husband is on tier 2 general visa. both of us are applying for ILR soon as we arrived to the uk together in the same day.
I have few questions:
1: Regarding the uk absence, i have never been absent for more than 180 days in a any year but i read somewhere that i should not be outside the uk more than 90 days continuously! is that true? because last time i traveled, i spent 98 days outside the uk.
2: If am not wrong, both my husband and i are going to fill in the set O form separately and ad the partner in the partner section ! please confirm
3: my husband started filling the form and on the payment section, the amount to pay is for two people as he aded me as his partner. i thought every one has to pay for himself! in this case if he pays for both of us, what should i do in the payment section when i start to fill out my own ILR form?
Thank you in advance

1. The 90 days absent limit is a Naturalisation
requirement for the final year preceeding to a nationalization application.
2. Apply
together on one form, hence one payment for two people.

Thanks Vinny for your answer
so if i am correct, the 90 days absence limit is only in the year after having ILR and Befor applying for uk citizenship!
2: only my husband will apply in ONE FORM FOR BOTH OF US ??!! i am confused because there is ( apply as tier 2 dependant) as well in the SET O form options !!!!!

You can either apply together on one form or apply individually and not tick dependant applying with me. So you either pay for 2 on one form, or pay for one each individually.

Hi all
I'm on tier 2 general dependent visa, 5 years route
My husband and i will apply for ILR set 0 and i am very anxious and stressed about the cohabitation proof because yesterday i realised that my husband forgot to include my name on the energy and gas bills since we changed our home address 3 years ago.
so now the only cohabitation proof i can provide are as followed:
council tax bills 2 or more years period
bank statements 2 or more years
Tenancy Agreement
Home Office letter when i received my BRP
1 NHS letter
Please tell me if it's enough to provide only the documents listed above !!!
I want to mention that i do have energy and gas bills under both our names for the period before 2.5 yers ago.
My last question: can i provide the followed cohabitation proof where my home address appears : Police registration certificate, PCR test result, deposit related to flat rent ?!!!

They may
prefer ‘official’ documents. However, it’s
not limited to that.

When it comes down to it all and any item of correspondence to.meet the requirements is acceptable.

Dear all
I have another URGENT question if i may!
Regarding the english language for ILR, my husband has a Degree from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland but
studied in an other country. i just read in an other post that it is not accepted because he studied oversea, even if it's a uk university.
1: Is this true?
2: In the case it is accepted, are the scanned and original versions sufficient or he should do something else?? because i've heard he has to get a certain letter.... !!!!!

Heriot-Watt University is a
recognised body in Scotland and its degree should be acceptable.
Academic degree from the UK
If the degree was awarded by a UK body, you need to check that the:
• awarding body is recognised in the UK (to confirm the degree was actually issued in the UK)
• degree is UK bachelor’s level or above (including Postgraduate degrees)
• qualification is academic, not technical or professional – if in doubt, you can check that with the degree awarding body

Hi Zimba, unfortunately my husband already booked for the English test before i read your response but thank you for the clarification.
There is one more thing : some moderators say that we are eligible to apply for ILR 28 days prior to the date when the entry visa was issued and some others say that its 28 days prior to the entry to the uk...
can you please clarify, because now i am very confused

It is the initial visa ISSUE date for PBS route applicants.

Hi all
i really need your help, my husband and i are going to submit our iILR set 0 ( under tier 2 general+ dependent) next week, but this requirement made us very confused.
when arrived to the document step we found this:
Your most recent payslip and bank or building
society statement. These must be dated no
earlier than one calendar month before the date
of the application. The statement must show
the payment, as shown on the payslip. You
should not provide any additional payslips or
statements, unless you are currently on
maternity, paternity, shared parental or
adoption leave.
for the payslips, we can provide them as we have one very recent ( received 3 days ago) and the previous one
BUT REGARDING OUR BANK STATEMENT, THE LAST ONE WE HAVE DOESN'T INCLUDE OUR LAST PAYSLIP AS WE GOT IT 20 DAYS AGO AND IF WE WAIT FOR THE NEXT STATEMENT ( WHERE IT SHOWS THE LAST PAYSLIP, WE SHOUD WAIT AT LEAST 10 MORE DAYS BEFORE APPLYING). BECAUSE, AS MENTIONED ABOVE: { Your most recent payslip and bank statement must be dated NO EARLIER THAN ONE CALENDAR MONTH BEFORE THE DATE OF THE APPLICATION}
ANY HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I forgot to add one question if i may!
i thought we could upload the last 6 months bank statement and payslips! can i upload them even if its stated that we have to only use the last one for each( statement+ payslip)?!
Thank you in advance

You only need one payslip, often the latest payslip. Use the one that shows up in your bank statment

thank you Zimba but the last payslip we have is dated (22 july) and in this case we have to wait about 10 more days to have it included in our next statement
can we instead use our BANK TRANSACTIONS ( we got them today from our bank printed and stamped) as they include our last payslip, OR shoud we wait the NEXT STATEMENT? PLEASE ADVISE ME !!!

Set (O) Tier 2 ILR: CoS

Hi everyone
while i was filling up the my ILR form i have been asked to enter the sponsor license number, which i did.
Then before submitting my application i noticed people talking about Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) number which made me confused.
Can someone please tell me if we need to provide the CoS number somewhere on the application form or the Certificate of Sponsorship document/letter as an attached document OR there is no need to provide neither of them?
Thanks in advance
