Employer letter question

Hi all
I wonder if you would be able to help.. I am in the process of applying for ILR with tier 2 visa.
My employer letter does not have any information on annual leaves and simply states that I did not have any unauthorised leave . They apparently do not keep a record of annual leaves over 2 years..
I have spent a total of 90 days away so not in breach of continuous residence rule..
I wonder if this would be a problem
