Hi team - I am a British Citizen and currently living in the UK. I came to UK on a Tier 2 General visa. My wife is living with me as PBS dependent and she has completed her 5 years in the UK. I am currently looking to apply for ILR for my wife.

I am confused which application form I should use to apply for my wife ILR i.e. SET (M) or SET (O). Please can someone guide and also provide relevant link to use for the application.

Thanks

The fact that you are British is irrelevant. Use form SET(O)
SET(M) is used for people who spent 60 months under the family visa route ONLY :!:

Hi there,
I have applied for ILR application under SET 0 application on 22 June as my biometric appointment. I am currently waiting for a decision on my ILR application. I have still 2 years left on my existing Tier 2 General visa. Please can I ask if I can travel out of UK while I am waiting for ILR application decision.

Thanks

If you travel outside of the UK while your ILR application is pending, the Home Office will consider your application to be withdrawn.
