ILR apply date

Hi,
My wife came to the UK on a spouse visa and it’s nearly 5 years since she came.
Passport Entry Clearance Vignette:
11/07/2017 to 10/08/2017
UK Entry: 03/08/2017
1st BRP valid from 11/07/2017 to 11/04/2020
Applied for FLR & granted on 20/01/2020
Current BRP valid from 20/01/2020 to 17/08/2022
I would like to apply for SET M and wanted to know if it is ok to apply now? When can we apply the earliest by?
