Hi,
I am in ILR and got it in 2019, After that I got ILR, i applied for child benefit in my name and i am getting child benefit until now.

My wife is on dependant visa until now and she is applying for ILR,

In her application it states that
"Do you or anyone else who is part of this application received any public fund?

Include details of your partner or child if you have one. Example of public funds include child benefit, council tax benefit etc"

Does she needs to state that I am getting the funds even though its not in her name? My name is used in her application as husband and she gave my NI number.

Can any one please clarify on this?

Hi,
Thanks for your response.

"Part of the application", I thought my name is written on the application since I am her husband so I need to declare about the child benefit.

Ok, let me say no
