We are still yet to receive a response on my ILR application. However one question remains unanswered and it was not discussed somewhere else.

What will be the exact "Issue Date" on the ILR BRP? It is important as it would determine the date I can apply for citizenship in 12 months time.

Is it,

a) ILR Application Date? (10 June 2022)
b) Biometrics Submitted Date? (23 June 2022)
c) Application approval date?
d) My Tier 2 visa expires on 03 Aug 2022 - hoping HO approves the ILR Application before that date.

Nothing happens.
When you apply for a new application before visa expiry, the provisions under section 3C of the immigration act get engaged when your visa expires. This means your current visa and all of its privileges are automatically extended until a decision is made on your pending application. So the time waiting is lawful residence.
