PBS dependent ILR App date.

I got BC via ILR via Tier 2. My dependant wife is currently under PBS dependant and I would like to confirm if am right with the application date for her IRL so as not be make silly errors.
-- Visa/BRP timeline ----
A. Visa entry clearance visa was from 23/03/2018 - 01/04/18
B. Entered the UK on 28/03/2018
C. BRP valid from 27-02-2018
1. Would it be okay to use the option C for the app date which is (27-02-2018 + 5 years - 28 days) even though she is dependant i.e (27-02-2018 + 5 years - 28 days) = 30 January 2023?
2. Can she apply the BC immediately after IRL since am a BC or would have to wait for 1 year?
3. Can she write the B1 and Life in UK exam now in preparation for next year?
