What date did his wife first enter the UK on her initial spouse visa?

In which case, she can apply from 28 days prior to the 30th March 2023 or any time between then and the expiration date on her current visa.

Not if the entry date of March 30th 2018 is correct in your earlier post. :?:

In which case, your wife won't complete the required 5 years of residence until March 30th 2023. The earliest she can apply will be from 28 days prior to the qualifying date and before her current visa expires.
