Dear Sir,

I am applying ILR 5 year route from Tier 2 skill worker visa.

Tier 2 visa was granted on 14/08/2017, entered the Uk on24/08/2017, i guessed i could apply on 14/08/202?.I have current tier 2 extended recently which is valid until 13/03/23.

I had tier 5 visa which I very first entered the country in May 2015 to May 2017, then left the country while awaiting for tier 2 visa decision.

in ILR application, for the question "date you first entered the country for when the period of stay you are basing this application", should I put the first date i entered with tier 5 or current visa i am using for this application tier2 ?

if i put the first ever date in may 2015, should i put my absences since 2015?

I have 4 passports during this 7 years period ( two used in tier 5, which i had only the copies now), do I need to upload all of them for documents? Do I need all original passports?

Many thanks,
HM

The answer to that question is not important. UKVI will not use that answer to calculate your qualifying period. Your qualifying period starts from the date your Tier 2 visa was issued initially. You only need to provide evidence from the last 5 years

Thanks Zimba.

Do I need to upload the passport I used for tier 2 only or those I used from the beginning?

Many thanks

Passport(s) that covers the time you're relying on!

Not sure they're bothered where you went 20 years ago.
