Hi All

I got my ILR via 5 year Tier2 General route in Feb2020.

My Wife joined me in Oct 2015 as T2G Dependent. She got PBS dependent extension in Feb2020.

Now she is eligible for ILR. We are confused which for to use. Is it Set(O) or Set(M) ??

Also in Set(O) form (if that is right one), it is asking about my husband sponsor details etc. He has now left the sponsor job and joined another company. Is that an issue?

You put your husband's tier 2 sponsor and cos details where it asks. It doesn't matter if he left the tier 2 sponsor job

Hi All

I was on Tier2 General Visa from Mar2015 to Mar 2020. I received my ILR. I have changed my sponsoring employer since then and moved to another employer.

My Wife is now eligible for ILR as she has completed her 5 year. She current has leave under PBS dependent valid till next year.

We want to apply her ILR now.

She has Life in UK and english requirement done. I am full time employee with salary more than £30K.

I am filling Set(o) form for her, can someone please confirm this is correct?
Can someone please guide me to what documents will be needed for this?
