Unable to see Super Priority option for Set(M) application

I am completing online application for Set(M) and it is only showing me one option to submit the application, the standard processing. I have tried logging in at various times from various browsers but still can't see the 'Super Priority' option. Has anyone been able to submit their application via Super Priority route recently, and can guide me how to go about it? Thanks!
