Have applied for ILR in April 2022. Received an update from home office on 01-Nov-2022 asking for a copy of Life in UK certificate. And proved the email id - worksponsoreddocumentrequest@homeoffice.gov.uk

Please provide the following documents:

A life in the UK test result.

Please send this document as a scanned attachment within 10 working days to worksponsoreddocumentrequest@homeoffice.gov.uk quoting your application reference in the subject line. Please attach the document directly to the email as we are unable to access links to files hosted on sites such as Dropbox or Google Drive. Please also include a translation of the document provided if it is not English or Welsh.

But when I try to email them with the copy the email bounces back and fail to deliver.

Don't know whom should I contact and there is no contact info provided in the email I have only 9 days left now.Is anyone came accross this situation?

Try again, it may have been a temporary glitch in the HO email system.

The email address you are using is missing an 's' at the end, hence it is incorrect. Probably the error was from the UKVI side.
This is the correct one: Worksponsoreddocumentrequests@homeoffice.gov.uk
Note the extra 's' in the 'requests'
