Hi all, sorry if repeated somewhere, but couldnt find answer to my case in this thread so thought it isworth asking 
i am applying for set (o) and have LESS than 180 days out of country in each of past 5 years. However, there are some years when my absence was above usual holiday allowance (say 25 days/year as an example), but that is due to my company allowing work from home for up to 3 months.
My questions are:
1) can the above work from abroad allowance cause issues for decision?
2) i had multiple employers (hence multiple visas) in past 5 years. Does it mean i need to approach each of them for letter?
