Parent 1 on tier 2 visa eligible for ILR in 2023
Parent 2 (dependent visa ) eligible for ILR in 2025
Child born outside UK in 2022 will complete only three years in UK in 2025 but less privileged parent will complete 5 years in 2025 (pbs dependant route).

In this case is child eligible to apply for ILR in 2025 ?although he has not completed 5 years in uk since he is 3 years old only but her mother has completed 5 years on pbs dependent in 2025 and eligible for ILR ( and father applied for ILR in 2023)

Is there a requirement to complete 5 years in pbs dependent visa for a child also?

Children do NOT have a minimum qualifying period for ILR. They settle when both parents settle. The child will follow the immigration path of the less privileged parents and settle at the same time
