Required ILR applications for dependent visa holder

This is question for my friend .
Wife comes uk in 2017 July on work permit tier 2.
Husband get dependent visa 2017 September.
Now my wife has ILR on July 2022.
Now which visa he will apply for ILR.
Kindly update.

If the wife got ILR based on tier with 5 years residence., the depend continues on their visa category and applies for ILR within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the initial dependent visa issue date

It's means he is now eligible for ILR and will fill set M visa form online

Not SET M, he needs to use SET O!!
