Skilled worker dependents questions for ILR application

hey everyone, I have few questions and I hope you can help me.

I came to the UK in 2018 on a Tier 2 visa, and I was followed by my wife and 2 kids later.
I have just had my ILR now, and my wife and kids will qualify for the 5 years period later this year and will apply for their ILRs. their current BRPs as dependents are valid until 2026

1. Are their immigration status intact since I got ILR and Can they travel normally with their PRBs until they start the ILR application?

2. When applying for my spouse and kids, can I use my bank statements in their application as their supporting main applicant? or my spouse need to use her bank account (given that she works) or we can use both?

3. If my spouse will use her bank account, does it need to have a minimum amount?

4. We are planning to have a new child. and we prefer if he/she doesn't have to wait 5 years for settlement. Is it better to have the child when both of us on ILR, or when we have citizenship?

thanks a lot, in advance for all the help you provide here.

1 Yes.

2. There is no financial requirement for ILR.

3. There is no maintenance or financial requirement

4. It doesn't matter. Achild born in the uk to a parent who holds ILR is automatically British.
