Occupational English Test is not used for immigration, it serves a different purpose and what is needed for ILR clearly spelt out by HO.
Do get what CR001 referred to for ILR.

Only the veterinary version of OET is valid for an applicant who is being sponsored to work as a veterinary professional.
The official English language guide says:
Veterinary professional regulation
If an applicant is being sponsored to work as a veterinary professional, they will meet
the English language requirement if they have passed an English language
assessment which is accepted as a requirement for registration by the Royal College
of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) regulated professional body in the United Kingdom.
This applies to applicants applying to enter or stay as a Skilled Worker under SOC
code 2216.
The applicant must be registered as a UK practicing veterinary surgeon with the
Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons which includes reaching the required level on
the veterinary version of the Occupational English Test (OET) or International
English Language Testing System (IELTS) exams. The applicant must confirm that
they have met the RCVS’s English language requirements as part of their
application.
