Hi,

I just need to ask for my wife. I was on tier 1 entrepreneur visa and my wife was on dependent visa. Now I got British passport. I need to ask few questions as my wife has just completed 5 years and about to Apply for ILR.

1) what’s English test she needs to take ? Level B1
2) what’s the ILr form called Set O? Yes

I would appreciate if you guys can let me help me out.

Life in the Uk urn number
English language test certificate
Applicants passport and brp copy
Sons passport copy
Husbands passport copy
Applicant national insurance number confirmation
Marriage certificate as a proof of relationship
Husbands bank statement
Applicant’s bank statement
Husband’s business statement.

It’s also asking about the declaration signed by husband to confirm the consent for the home office to request verification checks. Which declaration should I provide? As you progress with the application you should get to print off the form for him to sign.

Any documents missing ?
