ILR Queries for Wife and Son

Hello,
I came to UK under Tier 2 (Gen), and acquired my ILR on Dec' 20 after completing 5 years. Since my wife and son had not completed 5 years by the time I was eligible for my ILR, they had to go for a 3 year visa extension as PBS Dependent. They have now completed more than 6 years as dependent and need to apply for their ILR. I have 2 queries:
1) As I understand, I have to use Set (O) application. Is that correct?
2) My wife (Working as a teaching Assisstant) has a UK NARIC ecrtificate number issued around Dec 2019. Does that cover her English Language requirements?
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Kapil

They could have applied when they reached 5 years, there was no reason to wait.

Should be ok if it meets the English B1 requirement.

Que: I understand I could have applied sooner. Is Set (O) right application?

Que: UK Naric certifies her Bachaelors and Masters degree as equivalent to UK. How to find out if it meets the English B1 requirements or not?

Please ignore 2nd question on my last post. I have checked and found her NARIC is equivalent to C2. The only question remains is: if SET (O) is the right application for them or any other?
