Mandatory Documents

• Applicant's passport

• Copy of current brp card.

• Declaration from spouse signed.

• Copy of British Spouse passport-first page.

Residence in the UK for the past 2.5 years

• 8-9 documents containing both their names and dates spread out between 5-6 months

• Mortgage summary

• Council Tax

Life events

• marriage certificate

• birth certificate of their child

Educational

• English-b1 ielts certificate

Finances

• 6 months bank statements

Employment

• 6 months payslips

• Letter from the employer

Let us know if we are missing anything, last few weeks have been stressful collecting these.
